Cancellation and No Refund Policy

At Heart 2 Heart, we strive to provide dedicated, high-quality counseling sessions tailored to your relationship needs. To ensure fairness, protect our time, and maintain the highest standards of service, we have implemented the following strict cancellation and no refund policy:

1. Booking Commitment

By scheduling a session, you are reserving a dedicated time slot with Syed Ali Haider. This time is exclusively reserved for you, preventing us from offering it to other clients.

2. No Refunds Policy

All payments made for counseling sessions are non-refundable. This includes:

• Missed sessions without prior notice.
• Cancellations made at any time.

3. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. As a courtesy, one rescheduling is allowed per session with at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your session will not be accommodated.

4. Late Arrivals

• Sessions will begin promptly at the scheduled time.
• If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a missed session with no refund or rescheduling option.

5. Emergency Exceptions

Exceptions may be considered for genuine emergencies at the sole discretion of Heart 2 Heart with Syed Ali Haider. Documentation may be required to review the situation.

6. Agreement

By booking a session with Heart 2 Heart, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation and No Refund Policy.
